Exclusive Enhancements Cancellation Policy ✨ I understand that life happens and things come up! To respect both your time and mine, here’s a simple policy to help keep everything running smoothly: • Deposits – A small deposit is required to hold your appointment. This goes toward your service and helps secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable. • Rescheduling – If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance so I can adjust my schedule. • Late Cancellations – Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. • No-Shows – Missing your appointment without notice means the full service amount may be charged, and future appointments may require full prepayment. • Timing – Please arrive on time. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled and treated as a cancellation. This policy is in place to protect the time and care that goes into each exclusive enhancement service, while making sure every client gets the best experience possible.
